Nikita Sahadew is a HPCSA registered podiatrist with a B-tech in Podiatry and a Master’s in Medical science (Golden Key).
She has been practicing for 5 years and is currently completing her PhD in Diabetes through the Nelson Mandela School of Medicine. Her work has been published in the prestigious South African Medical Journal and she serves as a South African Representative for the International Working group on the Diabetic foot (D-Foot).
Nikita has been involved in the planning and presentation of many corporate wellness events and patient education seminars. In her capacity as an academic and clinician, Nikita has worked with the Department of Health, Diabetes South Africa and the SABC on matters of disease advocacy.
